Reach Homeowners Who Need Help

Awaycompleted Plumbing is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with a pipe, drain or sewer problem and want a steady next step. We introduce them to independent providers in our network.

This is not a job with Awaycompleted Plumbing. There are no shifts and no employment. You stay your own boss and run your own business. You simply receive homeowner requests in the areas and services you choose.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome independent contractors who handle work such as:

• Emergency plumbing repairs and leak response.
• Emergency drain clearing and blocked pipe services.
• Sewer line repair, inspection and replacement.
• Sump pump and basement water problems.

Solo operators and small shops are both welcome. If you serve New Lenox or the New Lenox area, we would like to hear from you.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they reach out. We ask providers to meet them with patience and honesty.

• Hold the licenses, permits and insurance your local rules require, and be ready to show them.
• Give clear written quotes before major work begins.
• Explain the problem in plain words, without pressure.
• Be honest about your availability. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Respect the homeowner's photos, notes and records, and help document damage when asked.
• Follow all advertising and consumer rules that apply to your trade.

How Referrals Work

Homeowners share what is wrong, and we match the request to a provider who serves that area and job type. You then speak with the homeowner and decide whether to take the job. Pricing, scheduling and the work itself are between you and the homeowner.

Referral terms are shared during onboarding, so you know the details before you accept any request.

• The services you offer.
• Your license and insurance details, where required.
• The easiest way for homeowners to reach you.

We will review your note and reply with next steps.
